Return and Exchange Policy

We care about the comfort of every customer, which is why we provide fair and transparent return and exchange conditions.

 

Return Conditions:

• Returns are possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.
• The footwear must be in new condition: no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage.
• Complete set must be preserved: box, inner packaging, tags.

 

Exchange Conditions:

• Exchange is possible for another size or model, if available in stock.
• The footwear must be in the same condition as when received.

 

Who pays for the delivery?

• If the customer wants a return/exchange for personal reasons (size, color, style, fit), the delivery cost is covered by the customer.
• If the mistake was on our side, the delivery cost is covered by MALYNOVE.
