We ship orders within 1–4 business days after payment. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

We ship orders via Nova Poshta across Ukraine.
Ukrposhta delivery is also available for prepaid orders.
3. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available with a 200 UAH prepayment to cover transportation costs.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges if the size or fit doesn’t work for you.
The pair must be in new condition.
5. Does the footwear match the stated size?
Yes, we use accurate insole measurements, which are listed in the description of each model.
6. Are the winter models insulated?
Yes, winter models are made of genuine suede or leather and insulated with fur, fleece, or textile, depending on the selected model.
7. Can I try on the shoes at the Nova Poshta branch?
Yes, you can try on the shoes upon pickup if you chose Cash on Delivery.
8. Can I exchange or return the shoes after picking them up from the post office?
Yes, absolutely. You can request an exchange or return within 14 days after receiving your order.
The shoes must be in new condition, without signs of wear, and with full packaging.
